When requesting repairs, please fill out the MAINTENANCE REQUEST FORM and click “Submit” it will be send to Consolidated Community Management (CCM).

Georgetown at Eagle Trace is an attractive family community consisting of 60 homes located in the NW section of Eagle Trace in Coral Springs, FL. The area is comprised of a community swimming pool, pool house with rest rooms and common ground sitting areas for our residents and guests to enjoy. Georgetown at Eagle Trace is known for its tree lined streets that create a beautiful canopy along its roadways.
Our elected volunteer HOA board members address the concerns of our community. The HOA fee includes maintenance of the common areas, landscape maintenance of the individual lots, and the Eagle Trace Master Association HOA fee.
