ACCESS POLICY

In order to provide the best access control for all residents, the following policies will be strictly enforced:

I.D. Policy Residents

Residents without a transponder will use the guest lane:

  1. Photo I.D. MUST be presented.
  2. If resident does not have I.D., the house will be called.

Guests and Vendors

Any guest or vendor must show photo I.D.

If no I.D. then the guest will not be granted admittance.

TRANSPONDER INSTRUCTIONS:

New Car:

Email the following to etadmin@eagle-trace.com :

  • Copy of car registration
  • Model of car
  • Eagle Trace pin number or driver’s license (If not the owner, include owner’s ID as well)
  • If also removing a car from your list, note which car is to be removed

Emails received by 11 am, will be processed the same day.  After 11:00 am, the transponder will be ready the following day.

Broken Windshield:

Email the following to etadmin@eagle-trace.com :

  • Copy of car registration
  • Eagle Trace pin number or driver’s license (If not the owner, include owner’s ID as well)
  • Note that the car will not be removed, just replacing the windshield

Emails received by 11 am, will be processed the same day.  After 11:00 am, the transponder will be ready the following day.

Guest Transponder:

Owners may purchase transponders at a cost of $50.00 each for vehicles owned or operated by persons residing in a Dwelling Unit, plus two (2) additional guest transponders.  Guest transponders will expire after twelve (12) months, but may be renewed at a cost of $50.00 per year.  No refunds will be given for any unused portion of the twelve (12) month period.
