Please be aware that any work that can be viewed from the exterior- including painting house or driveway (even the same color), roof replacement, landscaping, and impact windows, must be approved by the Architectural Committee before the project can be started. The Committee cannot accept verbal requests and will review only written requests that contain the information necessary for them to reach a reasonable decision. Any work done to the exterior of the home without approval may be subject to a fine and suspension of all household transponders.
