Proper tennis attire is required at all times:
Shoes – only approved clay court sneakers.
Clothing – Men are required to wear a shirt at all times.
The Eagle Trace Tennis Center exists for the enjoyment, safety and comfort of all Eagle Trace and Venetian Isles residents and their guests. In order to achieve these goals the Board of Governors of Eagle Trace has adopted the following rules and regulations. Any person(s) violating any of the rules and regulations could subject themselves to suspension from the use of the facility. Non-residents are not entitled to any privileges of the Eagle Trace Tennis Center.
The purpose of these Rules and Regulations is to insure all residents will have the availability of play at all times.
Residents will be responsible for any loss or damage to the Tennis Center/Eagle Trace Community Association property for which they or their guests are responsible.
All players, whether residents or guests, play at their own risk. The Eagle Trace Community Association is not responsible for any injuries or personal property damage.
Tennis etiquette shall be observed at all times while on the premises.
Rain delays (when more than one court is unplayable), lasting more than half an hour will result in the cancellation of all reservations for that whole morning or evening period. During this am or pm rain out period, dry courts from 1-5 are claimed on a first come, first serve basis. After the initial 1½ hour of usage, courts 1-5 are vacated to those residents who have been waiting or to residents who have reservations –when none are waiting. During rain delays, sharing courts is voluntary but is encouraged (ie. Share the court as a Singles match becomes doubles).
Lost & Found- Check at the Management’s Office Mon-Fri for items found and turned in.
