The Hamptons is a friendly enclave located at the east gate of Eagle Trace; therefore walking distance to shopping and conveniences. It consists of 77 single-family homes and 18 condominiums. This unique community features a resort style community pool, hot tub, clubhouse, and two tennis courts, for use exclusively by residents of the Hamptons. The various home sizes, coupled with the lush landscaping and tree lined streets, makes the Hamptons a tropical oasis to come home to.

The Documents are extremely important as they define the rules of the community, the authority of the Board of Directors, and are the legally binding documents that we must all abide by. It is very important that each and every homeowner to know and understand them.

The clubhouse use agreement must be completed and delivered to The Glen at Eagle Trace Master. The agreement, security deposit, and the non-refundable fee are required for reserving and use of the clubhouse.
We require a $100 non-refundable fee for the use of the facility. Also, a $150 security deposit (check) is required which will be returned to you upon inspection by Management following your event.
Please note – you must receive confirmation from The Glen at Eagle Trace Master that the date you have selected is available.
Board sanctioned activities and/or events that are limited to only residents of the community (non residents not allowed) will also require the $150 security deposit. The board of directors reserves the right to determine what activities and or events will be considered “board sanctioned”. To be considered as a board sanctioned social activity or event, individuals must present the idea to the Glen Master Board of Directors at a board meeting. The proposed activity or event must be open to all residents of The Hampton’s (including Glen Condos) free of charge and may not include guests that do not reside within the community.
Managed by Campbell Property Management. The property manager’s duties are to manage the day to day operations of the community.
