Recreation Center – Eagle Trace

Greetings from the Recreation Committee!

The recreation area is open daily from 6:00 am until 11:00 pm. If you have not registered for access yet, please see the documents below.

Access to the Recreation Center and Clubhouse will be given via a mobile app (Airfob Space). Once the registration is processed, you will receive an email to activate your mobile access card.
We have included two registration documents; one is for owners, and one is for renters.

Tips for registering:

The access will be via mobile app license, so each occupant will need their own mobile device.
Each occupant must have their own individual email address.
Occupants must be 14 years old to register.
ID showing the Eagle Trace address is required for registration. Minors under the age of 16 may use a school ID.
Two mobile app licenses are provided for each home. Licenses for additional occupants may be purchased for $10.00 each (check or money order only). Occupants must have the Eagle Trace address listed on their ID.
Only residents may use the Recreation Center/Clubhouse and may be asked to provide ID to prove residency. A photo may be added to the mobile app to use as identification in place of a state issued ID. This may also be used at the gates in lieu of an ID. If you would like a photo added, include one when submitting the registration form.
All guests must be accompanied by an occupant of the home.
Incomplete or illegible registration forms will not be processed.
As of December 15th, each owner will be able to add up to two guest mobile licenses to the account for an annual fee of $50.00.

If you prefer to register in person at the office, you may do so anytime during regular office hours.

Access Levels:
Resident: Ages 16 and older- Access to gates, bathrooms, main clubhouse doors, and gym.
Resident Minor: Ages 14 and 15- Access to gates, bathrooms, and main clubhouse doors. Note: Minors aged 13 – 15 may only use the gym when accompanied by an adult.
Guest: Ages 16 and older- Access to gates, bathrooms, and main clubhouse doors.

Entering/Exiting:
To enter: Open the mobile app and hold it to reader. The line on the reader will turn green as it unlocks the door. (Bluetooth must be enabled)
